Phil is an award-winning professional landscape architect and fifth generation pioneering family of St. Petersburg. Phil's professional practice began in Phoenix after earning a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida, continuing his practice in Chicago for more than a decade before returning to join the firm in 2007, achieving full ownership as managing principal in 2013. His thoughtful graphic and written communication skills, along with an in-depth understanding of industry-related trends and technologies contribute to collaborative, award-winning projects. Phil's extensive world travel has influenced his multi-dimensional approach to meaningful design that connects people with outdoor environments. He is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, previously serving on the Florida Chapter Government Affairs Committee. Phil serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Waterfront Parks Foundation and is a board member of the Pioneer Park Foundation.

Phil Graham, Jr. (retired) is an award-winning professional landscape architect and former certified planner, widely acknowledged for design excellence, uniquely combining the beautiful, the functional and the enduring. He is a Fellow in the American Society of Landscape Architects. Phil has a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from Eckerd College. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. In 2012, Phil founded the St. Petersburg Waterfront Parks Foundation.
