PHIL GRAHAM LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE is a design practice located in St. Petersburg, Florida, recognized for design excellence, comprehensive service and cutting-edge innovation, with over 4,000 completed projects spanning the last 50 years. The firm is recognized for its collaborative spirit and inspirational design and is notable for its outstanding professional leadership, community outreach and international design recognition.


Philip Graham, IV, ASLA

Managing Principal and President


Philip has been leading a team of registered landscape architects, nationally certified planners, and LEED Accredited Professionals at the firm since 2009. A fifth generation native of St. Petersburg, Philip practiced the profession in Phoenix and then Chicago for more than a decade before returning in 2007 with his two daughters and wife of 23 years, Kelly. His in-depth understanding of industry-related information systems, graphic design skills and attention to detail contribute to creating award-winning projects with the firm. Philip's travels throughout the world has influenced his multi-dimensional approach to design aimed at connecting people with their environment. He is an active member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, where he served on the Florida Chapter Government Affairs Committee. Philip earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida. He is an active Rotarian of over 10 years and serves on the Board of Directors for the Waterfront Parks Foundation in St. Petersburg.


Phil Graham, Jr., FASLA, AICP, LEED AP

Senior Principal and Founder


Phil is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He served three terms as member and Chairman of the Governor-appointed Florida Board of Landscape Architects. In 1997 he was elected a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects for the body of his Executed Works. He is widely acknowledged for excellence in his designs which combine the beautiful, the functional and the enduring. His love of the arts and imaginative approach to problem-solving are a professional trademark. The firm was winner of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award in 2002. Phil has a B.A. in Business Administration from Eckerd College. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He is the inventor and United States patent holder for a unique sub-surface irrigation & coupling system. In 2012, Phil founded the Waterfront Parks Foundation where he serves as its President.
